Hydrate Naturally Berry Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cold sparkling water (or still water)
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 8–10 blueberries
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch ORYCO Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
  3. Pour in the lemon juice and honey (if using).
  4. Add a pinch of ORYCO Himalayan Pink Salt.
  5. Pour in the sparkling water.
  6. Stir gently until the salt dissolves.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint and an extra strawberry slice.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
