Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, carrier rates, and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Transfer of Risk

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer once items are delivered to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) at our facility.
    This means that after the carrier obtains possession of your package, the buyer bears the risk if the shipment is lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen during transit. 

5. Shipping Delays

  • Oryco Inc is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other force-majeure events.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

  • Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and may change without notice.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an item has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Oryco Inc shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delivery failure during transit.

  • For lost or damaged shipments, buyers must file a claim with the carrier directly.

  • Optional: Buyers may choose to purchase shipping insurance for protection against these risks.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a carrier returns an item to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

  • Buyers are responsible for updating accurate shipping information at checkout.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Except as required by law, Oryco Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from products, shipping, or delivery issues. Custom Products Corporation

  • Oryco Inc’s total liability for any product or shipping claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

10. Compliance with California Law

  • Oryco Inc complies with all applicable California consumer protection laws regarding shipping and delivery timelines.
