Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

For the Spicy Tuna

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp black and white sesame seeds

For the Bowl

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice, cooled slightly
  • 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 4–5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup microgreens
  • ¼ cup crispy wonton strips
  • ½ avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Extra sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the Rice

Cook sushi rice according to the package directions. Allow it to cool slightly before assembling.

2. Make the Spicy Tuna

In a bowl, combine:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Lime juice
  • Honey (optional)

Fold in the diced sushi-grade tuna until evenly coated.

3. Assemble the Bowl

Divide the rice between two bowls.

Arrange around the rice:

  • Edamame
  • Julienned carrots
  • Sliced radishes
  • Microgreens
  • Crispy wonton strips
  • Avocado (if using)

Place the spicy tuna in the center.

4. Finish

Sprinkle with:

  • Black & white sesame seeds
  • Extra drizzle of sriracha (optional)
  • A splash of soy sauce if desired

Serve immediately.


Optional Sauce Drizzle

Mix together:

  • 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

Drizzle over the tuna before serving.


Chef's Tip

For the best flavor, finish the bowl with a small pinch of ORYCO Himalayan Pink Salt on the vegetables and rice. It enhances the natural sweetness of the vegetables and balances the richness of the spicy tuna without overpowering the dish.
