Ingredients
3 hard-boiled eggs, halved or quartered
1 cucumber, chopped
1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups dark leafy greens, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
ORYCO Himalayan Black Salt, to taste
Simple dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the leafy greens in a bowl.
Add the cucumber, chickpeas, and red onion.
Top with the hard-boiled eggs.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with ORYCO Himalayan Black Salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
